Tuesday’s Tip: What to do with leftover wine?

Ingredients:

Red wine
Worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce
Italian dressing
Garlic; crushed

In a ziplock bag add 2 parts Italian dressing, 1 part soy sauce, 1 part Worcestershire sauce, a big spoon of crushed garlic, about a cup of red wine. Seal bag and mix marinade before adding protein.
